The following website presents some of the outputs from a project exploring the state of habitat connectivity in Australia. The project, funded by The Ian Potter Foundation, focused on two main geographical regions - the eastern side of Australia (Great Eastern Ranges) and the forests and woodlands of south-west Western Australia (Gondwana Link).Â
